2. Age Limits:
Fitness memberships are for those who are 16 years of age and older. There will be scheduled Family Activities during which all family members, who reside in the same residence as the member, are welcome to participate. These activities will include “Family” in the title on our schedules.
3. Guests:
We would love for you to bring a guest! Guests must stop at the front desk to sign a waiver before participating in any activity in the facility and to purchase a guest pass. Full Day Guest Passes, available for $20, include use of the entire facility for that day only.
4. Attire and Footwear:
Appropriate attire and athletic footwear are required for safety and to maintain a hygienic environment. This includes full length shirts for men and women, athletic pants/shorts, athletic, non-marking shoes. Where skin to skin contact occurs, there may be a risk of infection. Help keep our floors beautiful for everyone’s enjoyment, no street shoes on activity floors, equipment or the pool deck.
5. Weight Room:
- Re-rack the equipment you use.
- Be safe, use a spotter.
- Store gym bags, purses, and personal items in lockers.
- No food or gum. Closed water bottles only.
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- Be aware of others, share equipment between sets.
- Equipment/weights must remain in the weight room unless moved by staff.
- Follow manufacturer’s warnings and instructions on equipment.
- Workshops or group training sessions may take place in the weight room. Please check our schedules.
6. Pickleball Courts:
- Please return any RF&LC equipment including balls & paddles, after each use.
- During open play - play 2 games and rotate out to allow others an opportunity on the court.
- Redbud Fitness has the right to reserve a court(s) for a private lesson, special clinic, and/or demonstration.
- Participation in Pickleball leagues and clinics may require advance registration to allow time for preparation of event materials, etc. If you register for an event and are unable to attend, 24-hr. advance cancellation is required for a refund.
- League participation requires regular attendance due to the scheduling of all members of the group assigned to play. Please report to the league manager any anticipated absences with as much notice as possible. Regular absenteeism may result in the player being removed from league play.
- Good sportsmanship is requested on the RF&LC courts. Please be respectful of and to all players, including players who may be new to Pickleball and/or less experienced. Foul language and obscenities (gestures and/or clothing) will not be tolerated.
- Please report any damaged equipment or dangerous situations. Broken nets, water on the floor, etc.
7. Cardio Equipment:
- Limit your time to 30 minutes on a machine if others are waiting.
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the front desk.
- No food or gum. Closed water bottles only.
- Store gym bags, purses, and personal items in lockers.
8. Group Fitness Rooms:
- Equipment inside Group Fitness Rooms is for class use only. Redbud Fitness and Lifestyle Center staff may remove equipment for other purposes.

9. Locker Rooms:
- Absolutely no camera or video use in locker rooms.
- Lockers are for day use only, unless otherwise specified by your membership.
- Lock your lockers! Redbud Fitness and Lifestyle Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please clean up after yourself and respect other people’s property.
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the front desk.
- We have two Family/Unisex restroom and shower facilities for any members use. These facilities are gender neutral and to be used on a first come first served basis. Redbud Fitness requests that members use the appropriate gender specific locker rooms or make use of the Unisex restrooms and showers.
10. Sauna:
- Rinse off before entering Sauna.
- Bathing suits are required while in Sauna.
- Allow yourself 5 minutes after exercising to cool down before entering.
- No food, drink, lotions, or other personal care items allowed inside.
- Please limit yourself to 10 minutes in the Sauna.
- High temperatures could be dangerous to your health. We recommend that you consult a physician before using the Sauna.
- Those with ANY medical conditions should consult with their physician before entering.
- Drink water after use to prevent dehydration.
11. Steam Room:
- Rinse off before entering Steam Room.
- Bathing suits are required while in Steam Room.
- Allow yourself 5 minutes after exercising to cool down before entering.
- No food, drink, lotions, oils, or other personal care items allowed inside.
- Do not touch the steam head or flow of steam, injury could occur.
- Please limit yourself to 10 minutes in the Steam Room.
- Drink water after use to prevent dehydration.
12. Pools:
- Shower before entering pools.
- No diving is allowed.
- No food or drink allowed in the pool area.
- No running or playing allowed on the pool decks.
- Individuals with open wounds or sores should not enter the pools.
- Lap swimming and aqua classes may run concurrently in the large pool. Please respect those around you.
- Those in physical therapy have priority in the warm water therapy pool. Ask the front desk about personal use.
13. Hot Tub:
- Shower before entering Hot Tub.
- No diving is allowed.
- Allow yourself 5 minutes after exercising to cool down before entering.
- Individuals with open wounds or sores should not enter the pools.
- Please limit yourself to 10 minutes in the Hot Tub.
- Due to high temperature and humidity, the Hot Tub can be dangerous to your health. We recommend that you consult your physician before use.
- Those who are pregnant and those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and respiratory problems should avoid exposure to high heat and humidity.
14. Cold Plunge:
- Shower before entering Cold Plunge.
- Individuals with open wounds or sores should not enter the pools.
- Please consult your physician before use. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney problems may not have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing temperatures.
- General use for the cold plunge is for approximately 10-30 seconds after immersion in heat, such as the Hot Tub. This type of hot/cold water contrast therapy has been shown to control joint inflammation and enhance muscle recovery.
15. Childcare Center:
- Childcare is available for children who are 3 months to approximately 7 years old.
- Availability is limited, advance reservations are required.
- Parents/Guardians must remain on property.
- Parents/Guardians will be asked to return to the Childcare Center for any behavioral or sanitary issues.
- For the well-being of the other children, please refrain from bringing a sick child into the Childcare Center.
- Medications will not be administered by staff.
- The Childcare Center will provide age appropriate toys. For safety and hygienic reasons, children are not permitted to bring their own toys.
- Children will be released ONLY to the person/persons listed on their waiver.
- There is a 2hr limit per day, per child during the week and a 1hr limit on the weekend.

16. Study Area:
- The Study Area is available for children who are 8 years old/3rd grade and up.
- Availability is limited, advance reservations are required.
- The Study Area is for quiet activity while Parent/Guardian is using the Fitness Center.
- Parents/Guardians must remain on the property.
- Parents/Guardians will be paged immediately to remove their child for any behavioral issues.
- If, due to behavior issues, a child needs to be removed from the study area on two separate occasions, the child will no longer be permitted to use this option.
17. Membership:
- Members must provide a written 30-day notice to cancel their membership with the Silver and Gold Membership Options. Bronze Membership rates apply with a 12-Month Commitment and requires a 30-day notice to freeze the Bronze membership.
- Bronze Members can freeze their membership for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 6 months with a monthly fee of $15.00 to reserve their membership spot. The duration of the freeze denotes the amount of time added upon the members return to Redbud Fitness making the term 12 full months.
- All membership applications are reviewed and can be denied at the discretion of Redbud Fitness and Lifestyle Center Management for any reason.
- Membership can be revoked at any time at the discretion of Redbud Fitness and Lifestyle Center Management.
