Cardio Conditioning
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. Our classes will be a mix up of Step, Interval Training, Boot Camp, Synergy 360, TABATA and EMOM and other fun cardio options to keep the body guessing what comes next!

Strength Training
Aerobic strength training on the eight major muscle groups.  Good for all fitness levels and classes are geared to meet YOU where you are.

Tai Chi
I
mprove your health, relieve stress and become more fit.  Perhaps you are recovering from an illness or a disease, this class is for you, too!  Tai Chi can help you to become more balanced and more flexible.  Bring some Peace and relaxation into your life.!
