Redbud Fitness Classes & Instructors

Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Our instructors will lead you through a warm-up designed to help you properly raise your heart rate while loosening your joints and muscles before coaching you through each segment of the workout and finishing with a cool-down to help you safely lower your heart rate and stretch all the major muscles worked during class. Work out with friends in our group fitness classes!

Our trained instructors customize classes to meet your needs.  Our fitness rooms give you the space and privacy you need to feel comfortable and confident.  At Redbud Fitness, you will be pleased to find that our classes are designed to meet the needs of all members. Modifications are provided and you are always encouraged to modify as needed to maximize your comfort and benefit.
