Join our Redbud Fitness team for Cardio Mix Classes! At Redbud Fitness, you will be pleased to find that our classes are designed to meet the needs of all members. Modifications are provided and you are always encouraged to modify as needed to maximize your comfort and benefit.
Cardio Mix
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. Our classes will be a mix up of Step, Interval Training, Boot Camp, Synergy 360, TABATA and EMOM and other fun cardio options to keep the body guessing what comes next.
