igh-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. Our classes will be a mix up of Step, Interval Training, Boot Camp, Synergy 360, TABATA and EMOM and other fun cardio options to keep the body guessing what comes next.
