Barre Classes

Barre is a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates. Isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Tone, tighten and lengthen those muscles!

At Redbud Fitness, you will be pleased to find that our classes are designed to meet the needs of all members. Modifications are provided and you are always encouraged to modify as needed to maximize your comfort and benefit.

ABC - Aqua Barre Core
This 45 min class will be taught in the Lap Pool for safety and room for everyone to get a great workout in. We will use aqua equipment and our own bodies for a low impact cardio & strength building class.
