Pound Classes

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements choreographed to music. Using drumsticks pound transforms drumming into an extremely effective and amazingly fun way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, this class provides an incredibly fun way for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
