Enter our weight training space and you will find a space designed by serious lifters for maximum effectiveness for lifters of all abilities. At one end, the fully equipped free-weight area is designed from the floor-up for heavy lifting. We have included 3 double-sided squat racks for safe, maximum lifting capability. Our heavy lifting area has an 8” thick concrete floor enabling our members to lift to their maximum abilities and max with weights without worry.

In addition to our free weight equipment, we have also invested in top of the line, customized Life Fitness/Hammer Strength weight training equipment, including a hand-picked group of Hammer Strength Selectorized Weight machines. Each machine is labeled with clear directions on how to use that piece properly. Each is also equipped with a QR code which works in conjunction with the Life Fitness App and provides users with up-to-date tutorials highlighting common uses for each machine. Learn new uses and refresh old training routines.

Our weight training space also includes a large functional-training space complete with artificial turf ideal for small group trainings, pulling sleds, using battle ropes, boxes, etc.  Our Synergy Unit offers countless exercise options and is a perfect complement to your functional training workout. Check our Class Schedule for our Synergy Class times and join us to get an idea of the many ways you can use our Synergy Unit. Book this class early as it is very popuar and fills up quickly.
