Aquatics Facilities

Our Aquatics building houses all of our pools and water therapy resources. Our 5-lane lap pool is 70 ft. long and 32 ft. wide. Designed for fitness classes and lap swimming, it is 4 ft. deep at each end and 4 ½ ft. deep in the center. The water temperature is a very comfortable 84 degrees. Our lap pool is available for use by our members during all open Aqua Fitness building hours. Note: Our Aquatics building will close one hour prior to facility closing time to allow proper care and maintenance of the waters.

We also have a warm-water therapy pool for use with our physical therapy services. A gradual, stair-step entrance provides easy access. The warm water therapy pool is 4 ft. – 6 ft. deep, allowing for weightlessness and maximum therapeutic benefit for all. The water temperature is 94 degrees. We plan to have scheduled times available to allow our current PT patients to use the warm water therapy pool to practice their exercises between visits with the Physical Therapist. Our PT patients will appreciate the recovery benefits reaped from utilizing additional warm water therapy time. Helping you to get back to great health and wellness quickly, safely, and efficiently is our goal.

We are also very pleased to offer our members the use of a hot tub and a cold plunge tub. Maximize the benefit of your aqua fitness routines with these unique hydro-therapy tools. We have left no stone unturned in the engineering of the Aquatics building.

Note: Our Aquatics building will close one half hour prior to facility closing time to allow proper care and maintenance of the waters.  For everyone's safety we request No diving in the pool.
